As promised, I am sending you a few follow up items from our meeting including suggested flights and payment plan. Please let me know which flight you decide to book. Your arrival time will determine if we have the group dinner (African Thanksgiving) on the first night you arrive or the second night. ... there are other flights. Try to get a return flight that leaves on December 2nd from Accra late in the evening.

In regard to payment plans,I drafted a 2 times per month plan starting tomorrow Feb. 1 (Saturday) with the deposit. Before you start the plan we can change the day of the week payments are made and/or # of payments. The drafted plan has 16 payments ending on Aug 29th. Please see attached. The same would be for Jewel if she also wants a 2 times per month payment plan.
