There are a few more items of information we need to share and actions we ask of you:
- Adventure to Africa will be your tour operator servicing your trip to Ghana. They will coordinate and manage all on the ground support when you arrive in Ghana. They ask that you agree to their waiver of liability and have provided an online waiver form to sign electronically. Here is a link for the waiver to be signed by you.
- Photo of the first page in your passport .... please email a copy to me. We will keep this securely on file and will have it available if your passport becomes damaged or lost.
- Please let me know if you agree to register with the US State Dept. We can complete this on your behalf if you wish.
- Please bookmark your online itinerary for future reference. https://travefy.

We will need this to arrange your airport pick up and drop off. Please try to book your plane ticket for a morning arrival in Ghana so we can prepare your welcome dinner on the first night in Accra.
- I have asked to squeeze in time for you to attend a naming ceremony during your journey. I will revert when I have more information. There may be an additional charge for this activity as it was not originally included in the itinerary.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 60 days of trip departure.
Not including the $500 deposit which is non refundable. Due to limited accommodations at the lodges/camps we reserve the right
to automatically cancel your reservation should payments not be received by the
due date. Unused portions of package are non-refundable.
Cost Increase:
All
published costs/prices are subject to increase without prior notice.
Cost
increases may include currency exchange rate changes, cost of service
increase
by suppliers, unforeseen increase in National Park Fees or fuel
surcharges.
Cost increases may happen even after paying deposit. BSR Travel and ATA
try to limit increases as much as possible but prices are
published with long lead times and it is sometimes unavoidable to incur
increases. Client will be notified at least 2 months before departure
should a
cost increase be due.
